Drowse Spirit/Void Malediction

Duration: 2-2.5 hours Minimum Cost: 25 mana
Range: Single PC or Mob

Syntax: cast 'drowse' <target>

By invoking that portion of every being which naturally seeks out the
dreamworld, a mage may use the drowse spell to gradually lull his foe to
sleep. While drowsy, the mage's victim will suffer from slower reflexes,
and, should he fall asleep for any reason, will find it difficult to awaken
for a time. Though he might resist it for a short while, the weight of the
spell will hang heavily on his consciousness, until eventually the target
succumbs and falls asleep.
