Cooldown: 15 - 20 hours, varies by skill Range: Caster's Room

Syntax: cast 'rock to mud'

This spell turns the ground in the immediate vicinity wholly to mud.
Those caught in the mud will find movement out of the room extremely
difficult, walking or fleeing, and will find themselves unable to initiate
combat. Those who are stabilized or flying will avoid being mired
altogether. This spell cannot be cast on or under water, or in the air.
