Duration: (level / 34) + random(0.5 - 1.5) hours      Minimum Cost: 70 mana
Cooldown: 25 - 30 hours, varies by skill

Syntax: cast 'sandstorm'

By drawing on the powers of air and earth, a mage of both may summon a
raging sandstorm about herself. The stinging sands will fill several rooms
in a radius about the caster, pelting all within them, causing damage and
potentially blinding them. Rooms without solid ground may never be
subjected to a sandstorm, and a mistral ward can keep the sands at bay.
