A scholar of the spheres of spirit and fire may link the fiery energy of
her own soul to one or more weapons, making them burn with flame and
empowering them to do additional damage. Each time the weapon is used --
whether by the scholar herself or another -- it will drain the mage's mana
supply slightly as it draws on her energy. Should her mind grow too
exhausted, the weapons will cease causing additional damage until it is
restored; however, they will continue to burn, doing fire-based damage to
all they strike.
