As thieves have many skills with which to relieve others of their possessions and coins, they are also keenly aware of these sorts of skills being used in their presence. Whether appreciating another rogue's handiwork, or taking care to safeguard their own possessions, a thief will often notice attempts to remove items from a person, including their own, when the owner is ordinarily not usually not so aware.
