Barbarian warriors are known for their ferocity in battle and ability to withstand physical blows. With the savagery skill, they are able to strike with much greater ferocity than before, and at the same time entirely shrug off some blows directed at them. They are more likely to shrug off attacks that would have dealt physical damage than magical, though it is still entirely possible to so disregard magical attacks.
