This trait represents a character's natural ambidexterity, which manifests itself in being able to dual wield heavier weapons in the offhand and increases the chance to make attacks with that weapon.
In practice, this means the off hand weapon can be closer to the main hand weapon's weight than would otherwise be possible based on the users dexterity. Also, the chance to make attacks with an offhand weapon will be improved by 20%.
Swordmasters automatically receive this trait upon creation. Though swordmasters can already dual wield any two swords, it does increase their chance to make offhand attacks.
