They are known to 'bargain' with mortals, but demand nothing in return for granting their destructive power; it is enough to a devil to know it will be used.
Kyez-Pancuma
Kyez-Pancuma the Devil-Dog is the being responsible for the razing of much of Ashta Harrud's farmlands during the War of Fire. It was bound to the region now known as the Crimson Sands, rendering the area permanently barren.
