Fetish

Barbarians, with their primitive beliefs and exultation of the glories of physical combat, will often take a trophy from their victim. A barbarian can make an extensive fetish that may be worn as a necklace in this fashion, taking one from the corpse of each of those whom he has slain. Each successive addition to this necklace will add a point of damroll to it. This necklace will however disintegrate with the death of its bearer.
