Hatefire

Drawing on the ever-burning hatred of An'akarta, a disciple of the fire demon may invoke a portion of that eternal rage. This amounts to a small amount of additional fire damage infused into Enervating Ray, Drain, and Verdict of Khamurn; moreover, each casting of one of those spells will further enrage the mage, temporarily increasing her damroll. Though the fire of that hatred will swiftly die out if left untended, each new casting will both intesify and renew the effect, up to a point.
