Few magi have a deeper understanding of the raw potential of the Stones of Power than those who study the spheres of both spirit and earth. Such magi gradually learn to magnify the natural powers contained therein, to the point of doubling the normal bonus from destroying such a Stone. This ability is known as stone loupe, and only takes effect in places with great resonance with earth -- that is, when underground.
