Englamour

With the englamour working, a scholar of air may weave an illusion over herself or another, causing the target to look like another entity. Should one so englamoured get involved into combat, the illusion will swiftly unravel. Both the target and the entity being copied must be in the same room as the caster, but only the target may save against the spell; groupmates of the caster are exempt from saving.

Many do not appreciate being englamoured, and may (or may not) attack the caster for doing so. Evil beings will certainly do so, while those with good hearts will give others similarly-inclined the benefit of the doubt; adventurers may choose for themselves how to react. It may not be immediately-obvious to the target of this spell that he has been englamoured.

New students of these magics are often warned not to try to use them on the gods themselves, for a lethal reaction to such hubris is all but a certainty.
