Eyeblight Touch

With this spell, a dedicant of nightfall may imbue an opponent's worn item with a curse of eyeblight, permanently removing the object's glow, if any. While the eyeblight is present, it may furthermore subject any who wear the object to periodic blindness. Though the magics choose for themselves which worn object they will infest, glowing objects are more likely to be targeted. Particularly dextrous opponents may manage to evade this touch altogether.
