Focus Mind

Cooldown: 4 hours

Syntax: cast 'focus mind'

This spell calls a calm down onto the mind, focusing thoughts and greatly heightening the regeneration of mana for a time. Those who are proficient casters of the spell will benefit more than those who acquire it through others means such as scrolls, though all will enjoy substantial improvement to regeneration. When the working expires, however, the caster will find his mind wearied and unfocused, suffering reduced mana regeneration for a period thereafter.
