Rearrange

Rearrange swaps the appearance of its targets. The first target must be present in the room with the caster this spell, and may be himself. The second target may be anywhere in the world, so long as the caster can detect him. In every way except equipment, the re-arranged targets will appear as each other. Beginning combat or taking damage at any point while affected by this spell will cause one so affected to return to his normal appearance, though it does not affect the other.

Characters who are already disguised in some way cannot be rearranged, nor can PCs who do not yet have a description. It is also impossible to use this spell to take on the appearance of any immortal.
