Rite of Kaagn

The rite of Kaagn invokes a curse upon its target, as per the spell. However, the target need not be present where the spell is cast; he may be anywhere in the world, so long as the caster can both see him and has an item once possesed by him. Whether the spell succeeds or not, the item will be consumed in the casting of the spell.
