Syntax: cast 'wreath of fear'Wreath of fear surrounds the caster in an aegis of terror, granting her a fearsome aspect. Those who fight such a one must make a save vs fear every round of combat, or else risk fleeing in panic. It is harder for others to deny a mage so enshrouded, and thus this spell also grants a small bonus to charisma.
