Exotic Weapons

Along with the other major weapon classes in Avendar, some weapons can not be easily categorized. These weapons, known as exotic type weapons, can be anything from a net to a rare and unique magical weapon. Most adventurers will not be automatically be skilled in exotics, requiring a mastery of their craft before they attain proficiency in them. For gladiators, however, who train in such exotic styles of fighting in their arena duels, skill in exotic weapons comes naturally.
