Sotuei Cauldron
Created by Fenthira with the Chalice of Jolinn in the eons before the rise of the alatharya, the Sotuei Cauldron is the goddess' own testing ground for Her project to create Avendar's ultimate predators. It is home to deadly jungles and deadlier animals, including the various giant lizards and saurian cousins of the srryn. The Sotuei Sept is named for the Cauldron, and the Sept's original settlement remains in the mountain range Fenthira's Spine that separates the Cauldron from Harrud, older than any human city.
