Foci Slots:
With this ability, a psionicist may communicate a message directly into the mind of their target. The subject will know they are being communicated with mentally, but this skill does not carry the connotations of speech; the creative psionicist may write their messages as if they are images or other notions. The target must be present, unless the subject of a mindlink.
