Mindbender is a power of dual purposes: to the first, it may remove the penalty to armour class caused by the frenzy and zeal spells. To the second, it enhances the evoke hatred and visions spells; the normal penalties imposed by these spells may be replaced with significant reductions to hitroll, damroll, and armor class.
