Syntax: Cast 'Wither'
With this spell, a necromancer may attempt to wither the flesh of their enemies. This will cause more damage than the drain spell. Additionally, this has a chance to cause a penalty to the target's strength and dexterity. The penalty may be applied up to thrice at once.
