Plant

Plant attempts to surreptitiously give an object to another character. You cannot plant an object you could not ordinarily give someone (such as items that cannot be dropped, or if the target can carry no more weight). It is possible to plant items into containers carried or worn by the target, though it is harder to plant into worn containers.
