Storm Mastery

Those magi who have been trained in storm mastery may draw power from the same, adding effective levels to and reducing the mana cost of spells cast in storms. Rain, snowfall, lightning, hail -- any storm will lend strength to such a one, provided she is outside to soak in its power. Particularly strong storms will increase the effectiveness of this ability, which also grants a measure of protection against the obfuscating effects of brume.
