Manaburn

With the manaburn spell, a mage of spirit and fire converts his magical force into a searing flare of metaphysical power, directing it at a foe. The power of the working will burn away all of the mana reserves of either caster or target, whichever is lesser, reducing the other's by an equal amount. Should the target save against this spell, it will achieve only half potency.
