Skycall

When standing out-of-doors, a druid may call upon the skies themselves to strike their foes. If the area is affected by one of the following magical storms: lightning storm, ice storm, or rain of fire, this spell will deal damage similar to that of the storm's sphere.

If it is daytime and the sky is clear, the sun's rays will strike the target. If it is not clear, or if the sun has set, this spell will call upon any inclement weather to strike the target. This includes natural lightning or hailstorms, or extremes of temperature both hot and cold. In otherwise pleasant weather, this will call forth a sharp gust of wind upon the target.
