With this spell, a practitioner of air magics may summon a stormcloud, crackling with electrical energy. This local cloud will spark regularly, jolting all those in the room, including the caster. This will deal lightning damage and may cause items worn by the hapless victim to be destroyed; this latter effect may be avoided by those trained in shockcraft.
