A druid standing outside and under starlight is able to outline their target with a cruel star-fire. This light causes some damage over time to the target, and a character affected by star glamour takes a significant penalty to their armour class and will be unable to conceal themself via any means (including but not limited to the hide skill or invisibility spell) for the duration.
