This spell creates the illusion of speech at the target's location, no matter where in the world he may be. The speaker is arbitrary, and may be anything at all; however, if the speaker is specified as one of those in the room, that person will not hear the speech -- all others in the room will. Each listener has a chance to see through the illusion.
