Syntax: Cast 'Agony' <target>
This spell is used solely to inflict tremendous pain upon the target. Anyone afflicted by this spell will find that any attempt to perform a skill or action may be impeded by the effects of the pain, effectively halving his percentage in it. The pain caused by this spell will also impose a penalty to the victim's strength.
This spell cannot be used by anyone with any measure of gold aura.
