Brume changes the functionality of Soothing Mist by spreading part of its healing to the caster's entire group and reducing the healing per pulse. Brume also improves Blur's block chance, enhances the maximum duration on Clinging Fog, and changes the damage type of the Tempest spell to slashing/drowning.
