Syntax: Cast 'Sever Bond' <slot number/empowerment effect>
This spell will cease empowerment of a Nightfall scholar's symbolic bond, of the caster's choosing, restoring slightly greater than the per-tick mana cost of the bond.
Documentation for the abilities granted by empowering bonds are found under the name of each bond. All Void scholars are expected to search far and wide for the symbols they require.
