Mages of the Wintertide have learned to manipulate their cold magics to make their enemies feel the chill more keenly. With this skill, any time the scholar uses the iceblast, frozen heart, glyph of frost, or frigid burst spells, there is a chance that anyone struck will become more vulnerable to cold damage. This escalates only up to a point (about half of a srryn's natural vulnerability), after which only the duration will be renewed.
