Syntax: Cast 'Symbolic Empowerment'

With this spell, a scholar of Nightfall will attempt to empower all symbols they have carved into their flesh, converting them into bonds. An imperfectly- scribed symbol cannot be empowered; the caster must wait until the symbol has left their skin to attempt it again. This spell will only empower as many slots as the caster has open to them.

Documentation for the abilities granted by empowering bonds are found under the name of each bond. All Void scholars are expected to search far and wide for the symbols they require.
