A dedicant of Khamurn may use this working to call down the merciless judgement of the Magistrate of the Void. There is no justice to this action: it deals more damage the lower its target's hit points are. So too is it more difficult to save against the damage caused by this spell as the victim grows more injured. The Verdict of Khamurn can only strike a single victim once every eight hours, though the caster may otherwise use it freely.
