With this focus, a watcher may observe nearly any location they please. This will provide the current output of the general 'where' command in the selected area. Areas that are uniquely cursed, magically protected, or on other planes of existence (obviously) cannot be viewed.

One may view the required area numbers by using the 'areas' command.
