Icy Prison

Creating a thick shell of ice around its target, imprisoning them. Within this shell, the victim is able to move freely; the spell itself is harmless in that sense. Most transportation spells cannot be activated from within the prison, though area-of-effect fire spells cast within or around a prison will melt it.
