Jaws of the Mountain

An earth templar may call upon the might of the earth itself to gnash at their foe. If successful, the stress of the gnashing will penalize the target's hitroll and damroll. Additional attempts may disrupt any songs the victim is playing, or prevent them from beginning new ones; it may similarly impede psionic abilities. This spell can not be cast while on water, underwater, or in the air unless the caster is draped in a mantle of earth.
