Whiteout

This spell blasts a small burst of snow in the target's eyes, impeding their vision. They will still be able to see, but be unable to scan out of the current room and be far more likely to miss attacks due to armour class. This spell has no effect on anyone who cannot be blinded, and the frostkin skill has a chance to negate this effect. Blindfighting also assists in combat against the effect.
